1 Content of our online presentation
The author assumes no liability that the information provided is up-to-date, correct and complete. Liability claims against the author which relate to material or immaterial damages caused by the use or non-use of the featured information, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are fundamentally excluded, insofar as no deliberate or gross negligence on the part of the author can be proven. The burden of proof for such damage lies with the damaged party. All services released on this website are subject to change, non-binding and are published without any intention to create legal relations. The author specifically reserves the right to temporarily or permanently make changes, add or delete material on any pages or even the entire website without any warning or notification to the public.
Claims, regardless of their type, cannot be raised by third parties.
2 References and links
With regard to direct or indirect references to other internet pages ("links"), which are beyond the author’s responsibility, a liability obligation takes effect only if the author knows about the contents of these pages and would have been able to technically prevent the use of these contents in illegal ways (§§ 6 ff. TDG/MDStV). The author explicitly declares that at the time of linking all of the linked pages were free of any illegal content. The author is not obliged to further and continuously monitor the already linked pages. Ultimately, the author cannot influence the current and future design and contents of the linked pages. In case of a change of a linked service it may not be concluded from the sole fact of the linking that the changed content has been adopted. This applies to all links and references which are part of these online offers as well as to external entries into guest books created by the author, discussion forums and mailing lists. Not the provider of the site from where the link was referred but solely the provider of the site to which the link was referred is liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and especially for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information.
3 Copyright and trademark laws
All mentioned brands and trademarks, including those which are possibly protected by third parties, are subject to the provisions of the applicable trademark laws and the rights of the copyright owner. The mere mentioning does not imply that the respective trademark is not protected by law. Rather, these cases are examples of legally permitted unlicensed use. The copyright for works created by the author himself or herself (graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts, etc.) remains with the author. Any reproduction or use of such works in other electronic or printed publications without the author’s explicit permission is not permitted. Only if the website is used as intended (opening and viewing of the site), associated processing and duplication operations are permitted free of royalties.
4 Data protection
If, as part of the internet presentation, users can enter personal or business data (such as email addresses, names, addresses), the input of the data is voluntary. If technically possible and reasonable, the use and payment for all offered services is permitted without specification of any personal data or with specification of anonymised data or an alias.
