At EJB we have two dining rooms with 240 seats each and a third separate dining room with 80 seats. We offer the following kinds of catering:
Full board: breakfast, lunch or packed lunch for excursions, dinner
Half board: breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch
Warm and cold drinks
Buffets for special events
Cold cuts, cheese, fruits, muesli, bread, rolls, yoghurt, butter, spreads, jams, honey, chocolate spread, eggs, cornflakes, tea, milk, chocolate milk and coffee.
One warm meal (self-service), fruits, pudding or yoghurt, salads and dressing (fresh vegetables), drinks such as tea, water, juices, milk or chocolate milk.
Mondays are always ‘Pasta Days’.
Upon special request we gladly prepare full-course dinners for you.
Dinner is a hot and cold buffet.
Cold cuts, cheese, salads, different kinds of bread, butter, spreads, vegetables, warm foods (such as sausages, soups, pizza, stews)
During the summer months, there is a BBQ once a week instead of dinner with different BBQ foods on offer.
If preferred, instead of dinner guests can get BBQ foods for their own BBQs (e.g. at our campfires or BBQ areas).
